Bookings and consultations

Finding a path toward a better way of working begins with a deliberate starting point. This space is for outliers who are ready to move beyond temporary adjustments and begin finding a rhythm that allows for long-term sustainability. To ensure we have the space for thorough, focused work, I manage my own capacity closely. This ensures every person I work with receives the dedicated time and systemic insight needed to navigate their specific situation.

What to expect

Our sessions move at a steady, measured pace. We don't spend time on superficial tactics; instead, we look at the mechanics of your role, the friction you face as an outlier, and the reality of your daily life. You can expect a deeply honest environment where we look at your professional challenges as systemic issues to be solved, rather than personal failings to be "fixed." We go in the weeds to turn heavy obstacles into manageable systems.

The process

The journey toward finding air in your career unfolds over time. It begins with an Initial Consultation to map your professional landscape and define where we can be most helpful. As we progress, we look at Your Rhythm, identifying exactly where your energy is leaking. This leads to Collaborative Output, where we co-create the communication protocols and self-advocacy scripts you will use to manage your career momentum with more agency and less exhaustion.

New Clients

If we haven't worked together before, the first step is an Initial Consultation. This session is an honest exploration of your current situation, used to clarify what you need and ensure we have a shared understanding of your capacity. When booking, you will be asked to share your context via an intake form so we can arrive at our first session ready to move quickly to the heart of the challenges you face.

Existing Clients

For those currently working through a mentoring roadmap, you can book your standard 50-minute follow-up sessions directly. To maintain your momentum and keep building your toolkit, sessions are generally scheduled weekly or fortnightly to start with, based on the rhythm we agreed upon during your consultation.

Booking and Rescheduling Policy

To maintain a sustainable workflow and respect the capacity of everyone I work with, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate. I will, on occasion, waive these requirements at my discretion for those navigating chronic health issues or other factors that can be disruptive to a standard schedule.

Privacy and Data Care

Your privacy is a foundational part of how we work together. All personal and professional data shared during intake and sessions is handled with care and stored in secure, encrypted systems. We will discuss exactly how you'd like your data managed as part of our onboarding so you feel safe and secure in our collaborative space. You can always find the current Privacy Policy linked in the website footer.
